About the former Miyazukacho housing complex
Located in Miyazukacho, Ashiya City, about 7 minutes south of Ashiya Station on the JR line.
A building situated almost at the center of the triangle formed by Ashiya Station and Uchiide Station on the Hanshin line.
In this quiet residential area stands "Former Miyazukacho Housing," a two-story stone apartment building.
It was used as housing until a few years ago, but has remained in this state for the past few years.
Quietly, serenely.

The floor plan was designed based on the orthodox public housing standard design 52FC type,
However, it remains a mystery why this building was constructed using the unusual method of stone masonry.
The most distinctive feature of this building's exterior is Nikkaseki (volcanic rock).
– This stone is mined in Kannonsitacho, Komatsu City, Ishikawa Prefecture, and is also known as Kanagasoi-ishi.
It is tuff formed by the accumulation of volcanic ash from Mt. Haku, characterized by its elegant yellowish hue and porous, fire-resistant properties.
It can be seen in the National Diet Building and the Koshien Hotel (now Koshien Kaikan) of Mukogawa Women's University.
In 2019, when the Heisei era transitioned to Reiwa, the complex finally restarted.
These 8 rooms, which were municipal housing in Ashiya City, began recruiting for cafes and ateliers,
And activity began, with Tea Saloon Musica in Room 1 opening on July 9, 2019.
Other tenants include:
Bag manufacturer "AMEERIEGA TORIBITATTA,"
Leather shoe manufacturer "Tsumuji Kutsuten,"
Glass workshop "Hinooha Glass"
are now occupying and using the spaces as ateliers.
